Buying A Specificly Made Client

Must be written in VB6 NOT .net or anything else!

I will be paying with RS2 Gp, my budget is 100M cash or several Santa Hats. (if you think my budget is too low, then post a price on what you think is reasonable)

Edit: The feature list may be updated from time to time adding or even removing features, please check it once every now and then.

Hi there, I'm interested in buying a Client hopefully some of you fine coders can produce, I have a pretty firm "wanted" list what I need in this Client, and everything or near everything (given a reason why something couldn't be done) must be in the Client.

Client must have:

• A tabbed utility layout such as ES and SS
  Skill Calculators (all if possible!)
  Combat Calculator
  Most popular/least popular worlds
  User count (from our website at the top of our homepage)
  Highscores grabber, hover over Xp/Level etc, similar to ES and SS I believe, also stat comparisson in the same tab somehow.
  Tabbed IRC with colourised names for Op/Hop/Voice, which can be changed by the user and be able to join multiple chat rooms by using new tabs along the top (unsure if ES has this feature).
  Chameleon buttons or something sexier (chameleon are fine though)
  Server status, grab information of all severs, including german, numbers MUST be in number format (comma's for 1,000 or above).
  Item price grabber, must have price, name, where its from and member/f2p
  Mp3 player, playlist track saver/loader must play WITHOUT hording ram, if not possible, leave it out.
  Home world feature (in settings menu user can choose a home world to load up at startup)
  Skull timer
  Links to guides/maps and custom links
  Built in notepad with ability to save/load
  Screenshot saver with hotkey MUST save in .png format, not .bmp and filename changed!
  Simple calculator built in for adding trades/gold with custom buttons such as "K" for 000 entry and "M" for 000000 entry (eg: click 1 then M and it will show 1000000)
  Application on-top feature
  Icon in system tray with right-click features.
  Image uploader (not imageshack, to www.uplo4d.com)
  As lower RAM/memory usage as possible

What it must not have:

• World numbers on the right, simply use this space for features or do something with it.

Other information to the coder:
I must own a full 100% copy of the source including any other information used inside it such as DLL's or OCX's, also the installer application used to create the setup file (if its anything different to installshield).
You must not release the code to anyone else, and keep it private for yourself and not distribute it in anyway, shape or form, UNLESS you state it was made FOR LeetScape and it's based on LEETSCAPE'S sources, not your own name.

Other Optional information to the coder:
You do not have to update this for me if you don't want to, you can simply code it and leave it up to me.

OR

You can become a member of our newly created forum called "LeetScape" we strive on the "good" side of Jagex meaning we don't encourage rule breaking etc, and update the client for us and your name will remain in-tacked at all time with the Client under the credits but the title bar must state it is hosted by LeetScape and not have ANYONES username on the top bar and that it is hosted by us, along with any php files, etc what needs to be hosted.

Of course, we would rather you join our forum and continue developing the Client to make it the greatest Client available.

Especially getting the skills calc seeing (i think) im the only one around here with a FULL skills calc.

 

probably because nobody is lazy enough to make skill calculators It's easy but boooring.

 

Ya good thing hes paying high, for those rights you are running close to not being able to.

No one else please post that they will/may develop a Client.
I've had words with both Puzzle and nPHP.

I already know which I will be purchasing, and hopefully the other coder can tie in to do something else so they both get some money
