odd staking

Hey guys!
I have a question about odds/x staking.
Why would people pay 1.1-1.3x to you when you have like only 5 levels lower.
Chances of you winning are maybe 1% lower, but don't differ much.
Do people even stake you? Is it worth buying an x account?
And, how do you odd stake beside using a hasta in a fight?
I would like someone to explain this to me, since I'm looking for a way to get some odds in the arena lol

People go to x'ers because they can call large stakes that you wanna do/if you cant find anyone to stake.
The only way to increase your odds in a 50/50 maxed main stake is by hasta.
The number of people who stakes you really depends on the combat bracket you stake in(imo, i dont odds stake). I would guess there are more people below the 100cb range willing to stake you than max mains.

Allrite, that explains a bit. Yeah the lower range is a lot more people that stake and easier to get odds, but you have to have a way to calculate that shit, right?

People usually only stake x'ers because they are staking vast amounts, like 5m-500m, and some people don't like waiting.

Other people stake odd stalkers because they simply believe they have a much higher chance of winning, when they don't.

For a hasta, you only pull it out if the other person has pid on you, meaning they will hit first. Since you are down a hit, you can switch to a hasta to block their hits since it gives a defensive bonus, you then switch to your whip when it's your hit.

As for builds, just go to the duel arena and see for yourself

Well I've fucking seen that yeah lol. Being patient, not all in but max 1/10-20 of the bank and in the end you'll always win...

 

You won't have the brain to stake profitably unfortunately imo.

Not a fan of odds staking. And a good chunk of them are bots
