Im sorry im confused on how your rating this... how do you not know what the second one is? Also the only thing you like is the sparkles? hmm i must suck... i havent even been doing this that long, like about 2-3 months

Theres a size limit for sigs I'd recommend you go read the graphics rules because despite the fact I can't recall the limit I know yours exceeds it.

Just noobish brushing and crappy effects and text. I recommend you go try some tuturials.

 

this is simple rubbish try something other than brushes maybe some smudging here and there and a filter wouldn't hurt 2/10
