Very UNhappy about a ban- I have proof. TRUSTED MIDDLEMAN!

SORRY FOR USING THIS NICK I DIDN'T THINK I COULD POST WITH A BANNED USER! IF I AM PERMANENTLY BANNED I WILL NOT CONTINUE WITH ANOTHER USERNAME!

OK, Apparently I (Vladoria) was banned for scamming 8M.

I have discussed this with several others and we have spotted alot of holes in this.

1. My MM thread (http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=1636588#post1636588) states I have only 2 account I'll ever trade with- Woahkids, and Vladorias Mm. In his proof there is some account named 0o0v0o0 trading.

This shows an accepted trade with 0o0v0o0. What was the trade? We will never know. It could have been a dragon scimitar or a dragon long. Maybe a cannon!

2. I have imposters of my email ([email protected]) which can be changed in an assortment of ways to fool the eye. I have 2 imposters already, could there be more? I even WARN in my middle man thread ( http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?p=1636588#post1636588) about these.

3. Me logging off- in this picture it shows me spamming and logging. It also says I will show him the info. What is the info.? Could it be info. on a cannon, dragon scimitar, or a dragon long?

4. Where in this proof- http://img528.imageshack.us/img528/1655/uploadeb1.png - does it say the RSN I was supposedly trading on, 0o0v0o0 was probably some random person he met in the area! Where does it say what type of trade? This evidence is almost always needed for an infraction/ban. I would know, I've gotten 3 people banned.

5. I have middlemanned a 20M account trade, a 12M account trade, AND several other 5M+ trades. Why is this trade the one I would scam in? I have no reason too. MMing gives me a steady flow of cash without any work!
Why is it that I would take 8M when if I truly was a scammer I could have well over 75M?

6. Where's it say my sythe name? That's proof enough! Without this how does he know who's scamming him... Also, the post said I would PM him on Sythe... Does he have a record of that PM? Please ask him.

7. What if I was the one who almost got scammed? He could have asked 50/50 and then tried to run away with cash and did so... Who knows? These pictures are so bad I think me, with my limited Paint skills, could easily fake a Accepted Trade in a chatbox...

Conclusion- His pictures don't prove alot... Just a bunch of spamming,a promise of info. and an accepted trade for an imaginary ammount of money, an item, or something else. I thought it took alot to get someone banned, alot of pictures, specifically of DATES, SYTHE NAMES, and RSN's! But oh no, I get banned for teaching someone how to use a cannon...

*I DID GET KEYLOGGED RECENTLY IF YOU CAN GET THE DATE OF THIS SCAM.. I warned on my thread though.

 

You forget, Vlad, that I've MMed for you three times. Including Woahkids, which you sold and recovered, and 0o0v0o0, likewise. Your statement and his screenshot prove you to be in possession of both.

Conclusion: Don't waste our time.

 

I haven't sold woahkids, ever. And 0o0v0o0 isn't even me. No one can provide proof thought... Which IS annoying me. Also, how does this prove I'm in possession of 0o0v0o0... These pictures do NOT have my Sythe name nor a date nor an RSN I would meet him ingame with. These pictures could have been from before August 2006 for all you or I know... Also, have you noticed all the MM's I've done? And by the way, I could say you scammed and just take a few screenshots of a random person and I could admit them like this... All I have to do is get someone to say "I'll give you the info." and log off because if the proof against me is admissable I could get half the members of sythe banned. An example: A guy flames you (from Sythe) on MSN so you tell him to say "I'll give you the info." Then tell him to log off... Take pictures of a random trade ingame... Your set for in insta-ban. Perfect Revenge.

Btw, If you think your claim of me selling and recovering accounts, which is false, might turn up in a meeting of some sort- please have some pictures of this... It would at least make me feel better that theres SOME sort of solid evidence against me.

Details: Sold by Vladoria on Sythe to [email protected] in a trade MM'ed by Sin666. Reported as recovered; trader ran from the convo and blocked me when confronted. Scammer's Email(s): [email protected] and [email protected]

In relation, add Vladoria (the rsn he traded from), 0o0vl0o0, and 0nly Sk1lls. (The latter two are also accoutns that I have MM'ed for him. Haven't heard from the buyers, but looking over the info, he gives the same old passes for each. Didn't realize since I mm'ed them about a month apart.)

I posted that on 4/08/07 in the scamming account thread, and I have complete logs of all three trades.

 

Why haven't I been banned then...? And the first pass for every one of my accounts it the same if you wanted to know. Same with the 2 others- I change them twice as soon as I make them.

Also, if these are complete logs- with pictures- Why haven't they been posted?

 

At the time, the proof would have been "inconclusive". My convictions were enough to know you were guilty, and, having at least the minimum requirements to add your accounts to the scammer list, I did.

However, your position has changed. The fact that you sold the accounts and are clearly once again in possession of at least two proves you are a scammer. (Not to mention the kid's screenshot, etc.)

In your last post, you admit it, even though you lie. You did give false info, otherwise the buyers would have been able to recover them. However, in claiming that all 3 accounts really had the same information, and you were telling the truth, you admit to having sold all 3 accounts in the first place - the same accounts that you denied having sold just a moment ago.

You are not getting unbanned. Good-bye.

Apparently you are. How else would i know that the pass history to your accounts are the same, unless you told them to me while I was MM'ing them for you?

And I haven't posted logs because I'm lazy, and this is more fun.
