I've known ray since 2009 (iirc). He's a very skilled league of legends player. Additionally he's been trusted with a couple thousand dollars worth of rsgp (4 phats) back before either of us had any forum rep on sites like sythe/powerbot, he's always been 110% legit (including being trusted with stuff outside of simply money, e.g my personal info). Good guy and if he ever becomes an active trader on here I'm sure he'll do an amazing job.

Look, Do you want Plat, Gold, Silver, Bronze or even Diamond? Yes? GOOD! This guy is the person you want for all your elo boosting needs. Personally I have never met the guy, but he was a great person to chat with over league and provided me with great service getting me to gold from silver 3 in a timely yet non suspicious manner. It was reasonably priced and he made it look gradual (my request) instead of a huge jump 10/10 will be using again if i don't approve next season.

First off, Ray is super friendly, easy to talk to and really accommodating. Completed 3 net wins for me in Plat in a very fast manner and all 3 games carried/played extremely well. Very reasonable pricing as well, so I'd highly recommend Ray to anyone who wants a super efficient, and reliable fast boosting service!
