After thinking it over I'm deciding to sell my RS account I have had for the past 4 years or so. I will be taking bids with payment being in PayPal however if you wish to use another payment method or currency you can offer. It would really be an ideal account to purchase to start on. also be aware membership isn't currently active but there is plenty to buy bonds on the account if you don't intend on paying for it:
