The Rebuild - Ban Appeal (False Ban)

Title: [Request for Restitution] - The Rebuild

Additional details/story: This was a false ban - If you look at my PMs, I did not even view the pm of him messaging me his skype, and I do not even have him on skype, nor did I add him on skype.

In this picture - it shows him sending me his skype:

Now, when I look up his name on my skype, nothing shows up, due to me not having him added ever.

Second, the skype that he shows of the skype name is not mine. My skype is: The.Rebuild - You can confirm that with any of my recent vouches as well.

Now, I have no-one on my skype named randalll in my contacts - which you can see in the screenshot below.
