i have this staker account thats actually really good....but my parents wont let me have membs no more and i didnt sell these memb items in time...so ill sell all of this for only 5 mill first come first server....I actually want you to go first but if you can get an official mm at the time we are both ready to do the trade we can use official mm....if the person is not on the official mm list he/she is not an officiall mm....

Basically what he is saying is you are buying the account (un-important) and the items. He is actually trying to sell the items more because he is not P2P anymore so he has no use for them.
