    I don't want really good stats. But I do want decent ones like 60+ wc, maybe 40+ FM, 50+ fishing & cooking, 50+ mining, etc etc.

    If its like 20 combat please make sure the combat stats are even like 24 str, 20 attk, 20 defence, 10 prayer, etc.
