Mouse keys

So i've been using a program called "keyboard maestro" which is the mac version of "ahk" for mousekeys. I always have used 1:1 as is in the rules. I noticed however that osbuddy allows you to do 1:2, you are only pressing the 2 and 5 keys, opposed to the 2, 3, and 4 keys I press to drop one item. I'm wondering if you think it is safe that I set it to the same standard as osbuddy for dropping or if for some reason osbuddy gets special treatment in bypassing this?

OSBuddy mousekeys are configured to exactly emulate Windows mousekeys - which are allowed - so I'm assuming that feature is also available in standard Windows mousekeys, even if it doesn't follow the 1:1 rule (which is also just a general guideline and NOT foolproof).
