Lowest level to get firecape..

Whats the lowest level, to get a fire cape, EVER?
I really want to beat it. Suggest stats? Tactics?
I think the lowest was 39?

I dont think 39 is possible. I am pretty sure it is 40. Thats weird though, we were just talking about this in pc this morning. Were you there?

 

41 pray, 50 range 70 mage
DT finished,Wear pure blue dhide, Be EXTEMLY! carful. Dont fuck up because jagex changed the change time between prayers and now mage stays up something when yu click range and visa versa.

Lowest combat that ever got fire cape was 40.

 

Pretty sure was 39. Around 60ish range, 43 prayer obviously.

 

It's probs around 40 but lowest i've seen is a 46. Probs had around 65 range and 70+ mage.

The lowest guy was 41 I think.

He had 50 range to start with, 43 prayer and I don't know about hits.
He hasn't got up his combat level yet either, my brother saw him and looked up his name but I never did.
