[Solutions] Crack the Clue! Mid-summer 07 Event!

If you haven't already heard (this is coming from the Wiki):

To celebrate the upcoming release of our treasure trail expansion, we are running an event to challenge your clue-solving skills.

Over the course of the next four weeks we will be releasing four clues here on the forums. These clues will be solvable in game, allowing you to unlock one piece of a brand new set of cosmetic gear each week!

Once all four have been released, the information they provide can be combined to create a fifth, incredibly challenging clue. The first player to successfully solve this clue will be forever commemorated in game. All players who are able to complete the clue will also receive the fifth and final piece of equipment to complete the set.

I already posted the correct answer It's north of Ardougne. You don't need a clue or anything in game, just dig in the spot shown by the hint released by Jagex weekly

How often are they doing these?

 

This is for the lead up to the new clue scroll expansion. Jagex will release 1 costume item (or pair of items as this week's is gloves and boots) once a week for four weeks, and if you obtain all four pieces you get a final fifth piece.

Thanks, just got these. Are there any bonuses from these items?

 

No specific bonuses other than some very poor defensive bonuses. They're supposed to be cosmetic. The final outfit is probably gonna be pretty cool.

It seems like practically nobody knows about this event, anybody I've mentioned it to in game has not had a clue.

 

I know, seriously. I keep bumping this so people can know but people just have no idea about this event. I wonder if you can get all pieces after 4 weeks or if a certain clue is no longer available after a week. Did you just start and get both pieces or can you only get the Week 2 reward?

 

I'm not sure either. The Oldschool team needs to have their own website or something because there are a lot of things coming out that literally NOBODY knows about. Examples...
Master clue scroll rewards coming out- Samurai Armor, Gold Trimmed wooden shield (fucking sick), White and gold trimmed steel armor, gilded chef's hat (lol) and some other stuff.

Also, how many people know about the Team-0 cape coming out? Because it is and it looks awesome. Pics related...

 

I believe that all of the rewards will be obtainable forever. I'll try to find a source on that though.
