If one account gets banned, will all accounts on the IP be banned?

I play on a few accounts (without botting) and want to start a fresh account to bot on but I'm concerned if my bot gets caught that my other legitimate accounts could get punished as well.

Anyone have experience with this ?

 

If you're caught for botting on one account there is a high chance you're kissing them all good bye.

 

I honestly doubt that's how it works.. I've had accounts banned in the past (On both RS3 and Oldschool) and never have I had one of my legit accounts banned because of it.

 

I have never been banned across all accounts before, I don't think it happens very often. Possibly with a IP ban but i've never been IP banned. If you are worried just to be extra careful make a seperate email for the bot dont link your dirty accounts to your legit ones. I think the worst case scenario is your bot will get banned. I was recently botting on one account and playing legit on another account which has never been botted.
Both were banned and dcd at the same time

 

Unless you're running a bot farm I don't think they will.

 

Don't play the accounts at the same time, play legit while not botting and only bot when you're not playing your main, don't sell gold and have trades with accounts on your ip my friend got all his accounts up until his banned made banned becuase he was gold selling now his main is locked with 1b, but he can create accounts again just all previous accounts locked

 

Use a proxy to bot on. They only cost like $3-4 per month

you should be fine just make sure ur botting acc never trades the account u care about because once it trades it your account could be banned for "associating with a bot" since the acc was botting on ur ip aswell easy to get u

 

I heard cases of people being banned on all accounts. Just depends on your luck I guess.

if you're macroing on 3 accs at once, all 3 will get caught

if you're macroing 1 acc, playing another legit on osbuddy etc then you're fine

edit: proxies are used to diminish chainbans for multiple accounts macroing at once

 

Unless you work for Jagex, none of this can be proved. You best believe if you're playing more than one account on the same IP and one is botting and one isn't they have every right to just assume and to place a ban. You can't prove/disprove this, it's simply hearsay.

 

it's not hearsay if you actively goldfarm, i've been doing this for quite some time now and have tested this a handful of times with many different methods, what tests have you conducted?

 

So prove it, log into Jagex's systems and show me the proof if it's not hearsay. I could conduct 500 different tests, and none of it would prove anything as we can't see their admin side of things and what they're doing.

 

i goldfarm on >20 accs/day using proxies i was just asking what proof you've already done to backup what you're claiming

ofc you don't know jagex's systems but based on tests that you can conduct you can put 1 and 1 together

 

Rarely do all accounts get hit unless you're caught for big-time RWT and your "mules" will also be hit. I've tested a bot recently and only one account was banned.

 

i personally have had multiple hand trained accounts and bot accounts, my bot accounts would get banned but not once has any of my hand trained ones been banned.

 

I've had a macro ban before and it never affected my other accounts. However, there really is no definitive answer. I've heard if you receive a macro ban more than once they basically stop giving you chances, but this could be complete bs.

My guess would be you'd be at a higher risk if you were multi-logging on both accounts, even if you weren't botting on one. However, blanket sweep bans seem more much more common for RWT. Again, just my 2 cents.

 

Everytime i've been banned it's never been on only one. I believe the same IP usually leads to chain bans.
