i need help with testscape

when i try to open it sais windows cannot open this file.....windows needs to know what created the file windows can go online automatically and look it up or you can manually select it from a list of programs on your comp. .....what do i do do i download the link and then select from a list of programs please help me

 

if it is one of the .cfg files open it with notepad
