It really depends on the quest. MM is 1-1.5m depending on the stats.
I don't do DT or Legends...sorry.
most quests are gonna be like 20-100k.

Im not sure, but I dont think You can demand a vouch as part of your payment, Gl with training, MM'ing, etc . . .
