Help with making a server

i am using moparscape the open source to make a server and i would like to know how to add in things like ::dragon and make it so only mods can use ::yell and ::noclip well if you can help me please do.

 

To add dragon, go to the client source, and add the commands you the need the ID # BTW.

 

where is the client source and do i have to do anything like javac?

dbmain: dont use the moparscape one, use like p 16 or pimpscape or somthing, and then u need to go in to the client.java to add commands. there ar tuts everyware

 

come onto my server its hamachi hamachi user: azzapk pass: 123
ip number: 5.170.106.160 the first person to come online gets to b admin the 2nd person can b a mod the first person to become lvl 225 or advertise my thread on the moparscape forums can b co-owener
