    And why would people buy this when there is another cheat package with 100+ bots and 150+ scripts that is completely free? Sorry i just dont understand how it could be 40$ unless the bots are like super awesome.

    This is a bunch of bull. If you read the sticky in the Runescape cheating section, it says "there are no stat editors or item dupers". If those are the kind of "hacks" your talking about.
