PrettyGood Scammed Deposit for worker position

Explanation of the trade: I was interested in joining his skilling/questing team and he said I had to put down a 150m deposit. I did not have enough but he said I could put down a partial deposit and do some jobs to work toward the full deposit.
How they scammed: Shortly after giving him the 45m deposit for a 55m job, he said he was preparing the account to be trained. Shortly after he stopped replying, and then eventually just went offline.

Been talking to him past few days and seemed like a solid person. Its a shame that he had to scam me for 45m, he kept asking me for deposits of different amounts and this led me to build suspicions that he may be trying to scam me. In the end, I tested my luck and trusted him which led him to scam me and proceed to ignore me. He was also saying he was on the phone at 4 am EST which is very unlikely.
