Sythe Radio

Hey all, i was just wondering if anyone would appreciate the idea of Sythe.org radio?

I could probably set one up, but only if i know it won't be a waste of time.. And effort.

Anyone with previous experience is welcome to join me, and i would like to see a good radio station set up in the near future.

Tell me what you think, and if i can be arsed, i might set one up

I know im not all that well known in this community, but I have set up an internet radio station before and would happily be a dj if you did set one up. If you need any help just pm me.

Ethan has the radio. I dunno if it's still up, but I'm pretty sure it's not very successful, maybe 9 or 10 listeners, really. :\

 

Yeah this has already happend before and there wasnt nearly enough people listening to it for it to be worth keeping it up.

 

ye, maybe now much pll listening, take sythe IRC for example. But for the pll using it it's still a way to make your day happy

 

It won't be successful because everyone listens to their own music and the radio plays maybe one or two songs you like, so you stop listening to it. Same thing happens with today's radio. They only play songs you THINK everyone listens to and really, not as many people do as you think.

It has been done twice, and failed both times. We never had more than like 6 listeners.

Talk to Ethan about it. If he wants to do it again..I'll work with you guys.

 

Well i have software to set one up and it won't cost any money. We can gauge it from there if need be. I can allow probably around 60-70 people to listen.

 

I've been arguing the idea of opening up my TS pk team server to the public (a.k.a sythe and other affiliates), but i dont know if it would be worth the time

 

I can do the radio again, IF... we have a free server for it, AND we can get some dedicated people to listen... most of the time its a waste of time... I have tried 2 times in the past and failed both... If we get enough people to be dedicated to it, ill start up again.
