Looking to go for 99 fletching and need some help.

Hi, I am going for 99 fletching but first I have a few questions on the best way to do this with the requirements I have. I currently have 30m to spend on going from 30-99. I play a lot everyday, I won't say how much because it's a bit embarrassing but I'm currently in between jobs so yeah. I was looking to get upwards of 1m xp a day if possible and achieve 99 in 80-90 hours of gameplay. I was wondering what is the fastest option for the amount of gp I gave to spend and how much it will cost me. Also if there is a cheaper alternative that is still fairly quick please do tell me. Any help is much appreciated

 

Also, if it's worth mentioning this will be my first 99 ever. I'm returning back to this game after several years of playing in the past. Even back then I didn't have the focus to get a 99 but now that I'm older this game seems to be much easier lol.

 

Your best bet would probably be a mix of darts and bows. Darts are the fastest exp in the game but are fairly costly while bows are slower but make money.

 

How much slower are bows? I wouldn't mind making a profit to put towards my next 99. I have heard addy darts can be close to or even over 1m xp an hour.

 

Bows are quite a bit slower, in the 100-200k region with yew and magic longbows.

 

If I was to do bows should I cut them myself and also string them? Or should I just buy unstrung bows and string them? I believe you make more of a profit if you cut the bows yourself.

 

Cutting is more profit to 99, stringing is faster xp.

 

Sorry to be a nag but do you know how many hours it adds to getting 99 if you were to cut your own bows instead of buying them? I can't seem to find this info anywhere online that I've looked lol.

 

The difference between cutting and stringing isnt -that- huge. Im not 100% sure about the rates, but I assume you would be able to cut and string about 1k bows per hour while just stringing would give you about 2.2K strings on average. (150K xp vs 165K). It will probably take you another day or two, depending on how much you play
