There's nothing you can do to convince me that a vouch from your brother over an MM - at least partially staged, in that you purposely had him feign unfamiliarity to make the proof more credible - with no other sythe name, and no RS name, with an assertion that it was a random in-game request and that the other trader agreed to let you MM without knowing anything about sythe, and further that said trader managed the trade without a moment's confusion despite knowing nothing about it - was not part of a plot to fake an MM.

Luckily, it's not me you're trying to convince, I can't ban or unban. I can only post opinions.

I even posted rl pictures of us, this was not a self vouching/fake MM. Please understand that. It was my bro vouching, and this was not staged. If it makes you feel better, if my account gets unbanned, I will take out that vouche and MM, and pretend it never happened.

 

Rofl, he's actually saying his brother vouched him? Wow, that has got to be the worst excuse ever.

If your brother did actually vouch you, no doubt it was to help you gain trust and therefore scam.

 

But I never scammed anyone, that was never my intention, ask anyone I ever traded with. Also, see the first post of me proving its actually my brother, not an excuse. Is there ANYTHING I can do to make this a thing of the past?

Guy's guy's... Why can't we just unban the kid? He said he would take his brother's vouch out... He posted PICS of him and his brother and shit setting on the computer...

I agree with most of the staff but things are getting to strict around here.

 

I agree with Thorpe, you guys are being too strict.

 

It proves he's got a brother, nothing more. It's just as probable, if not more so, that his brother was the one who helped him fake the first proof.

The vouch is ridiculous anyway. Even if he were a scammer, would he have scammed his own brother? There was no trust involved. It was underhanded, and he knew it - he even admitted that he told his brother what to say to make it look like they didn't know each other.

On top of that, there's no evidence that another trader was involved: no sythe name, no rs name. The MM convo is idealistically flawless, especially when he claims the other trader was a random in-game noob. (Ignoring the fact that he botched it up, and didn't ask for the additional info, and didn't even say he was going to check the passwords.)

Finally, if there WERE another trader, and Johnson were telling the truth about his brother running across a random player who wanted to trade but didn't trust him so they got an MM (unlikely) - then wouldn't it be just as deceitful? No one would knowingly use the brother of the person they're trading as an MM, if they don't trust the person in the first place.

But whatever, unban him if you want.

 

If he is unbanned, everyone should be unbanned. Everyone can use the excuse "it's my brother, i'll remove it if i get unbanned".

 

Pen, do you not realize, HE DIDN'T SCAM!.. His brother vouched for him, and it was INFACT his brother.

If he scammed it would be one thing, but let him remove his brother's vouch and go on. He already has some good vouches besides his brothers...

 

I never said he did scam. How do you know it is his brother? I can get some guy and take some pictures also. This is an excuse that everyone who got banned for self vouching can use.

 

Look, have you seen the pictures? it is him and his brother setting SIDE by side on computers on sythe. NO one would go through that kind of trouble to get unbanned. It was ONE vouch out of alot. Just why cant we unban him and delete the vouch.

 

Anyone can get pictures. If he is unbanned, everyone else that was banned for self vouching should be unbanned.

 

I'll ask sythe, he has good judgement.
