Lift a ban from a scammer.

recently, I was scammed by a player known as Power Services and got the player banned from sythe.
today, he messaged me with account info and has given me the account back. I wish to have the players sythe account ban, lifted, as he refunded the account and will be refunding the money that was taken from the account as well. thank you.

Confirmed with iMMGod that everything but the 10M 07 has been refunded. Awaiting on that
