Im sure because... I added him.... and then he later edited it after he scammed me. My screen shot with his post did not turn out for some reason. You can see he edited his post after I posted this report. Try signing up for msn with that email address with an "o" and see if its already taken. (I know you probably dont have the time to do that, just making a point)
