Its combat lvl is 67, i used to lure with it but its membership ran out and i cannot buy it anymore.

I am not sure if that picture proves you are F2P. Even in the smallest F2P worlds, there are tons of gatherers at the top bank of the castle. I'd know, I merchant there.
