I wish to purchase 80-100M Gp at a rate of $3-4 USD per Mill.

Payment Methods pose no problems, because i believe i can purchase through most.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:
E-Gold-smooth and easy.
Paypal- Verified paypal account/i will not risk getting limited for 1m trades/
Western Union-quite expensive regarding transfer fees but i am willing.

E-Gold: This is my Prefered Method
Paypal: I will File and Claim, Saying "I have RECIEVED service/payment"
CURRENT AMOUNT NEEDED::80-100M for now
Spending 3.5grand max.
Trade Rules::
-I dont Plan on Going first for anyone, no matter who you are, so dont bother asking; it wont happen.
-Dont Try to scam me, it wont work.
-I will Trade in Reasonable Increments and not Trickles, increments of 10M+
-If you Require Mid Exchange it must be official and you WILL FOOT THE BILL.
-Dont Ask me to use any unheard form of payment.
-Dont accuse me without proof. i will report you.
