Making clan sites!

I can make clan sites, I make sites as my job usually, but for something as simple as a clan-site I'll do it for rs gp. We'll use an official mm or you go first. All sites are made in div tags and will be xhtml valid, this way it can be visited by every browser and even by mobile phones. Here are my prices:
I don't use freewebs or any other automatic site creator!!!
with admin panel you can change the text on the pages of your site.

Good(professional) design site without admin panel and invisionfree forum: 150k

---You need a host that supports php and mysql for these sites:---
Simple design site with admin panel and invisionfree forum: 200k
Good(professional) design site with admin panel and invisionfree forum: 250k
SUPER SITE(Pro design, admin panel, a forum I made myself, memberlist etc.): 500k

No, im thinking he means that he is basically selling you a script that has the requested site on it. Then you can use frontpage or something to edit it to your own website.

 

Actually I make a script etc. Help you host it on your own host(you have to have one) and if you have an admin panel you can just edit everything from there, else you have to edit in frontpage. I don't deliver a .com with it, but these aren't expensive at all.
