DOBI scammed 668m rs07

It seems to me that dobi wasn't the scammer after all... Untill this morning I was convinced that he was the one scamming. But now the buyer looks more suspicious to me. (Or they could be the same person)
Dobi if you read this, only you know who it really was, either you or the buyer. If it wasn't you, wich I think but never can know for sure, I'm so sorry for attacking you. My sincere apologies.

It was 668m for 734euro in BTC. Both buyer and seller lost their money.

He is trying to turn the roles around. So let me just post everything from every conversation.

By the way I used dobi as a middleman to buy a runescape 07 account earlier, that why you will see some messages from earlier with mm on both his skype accs.
(that time it was 120m for rs07acc and went smoothly, only that the seller took the account back after a month, but that's not his fault.)
In the group chat I invited my friend because I knew nothing about bitcoins, and he was receiving them for me and would sell them instantly to give me cash irl.

This is a lot of money for me. As a student, middle in the exams, this is a disaster for me. (+ I'm wasting precious time on this!)

Explanation of the trade :




Seller (http://www.sythe.org/members/hell-yeah.476654/) added me in skype and told me if i can buy his RS07 of him for 1.25Euro/M i told i couldn't buy the gold. (please ask him for the chatlogs.)

Suddenly 30-45minutes later he told that he got a buyer that willing to buy the gold with bitcoins for around 1.15euro/m (which i think its totally fake at current prices) i told him that i will do the middleman okay and i waited for around 25-30minutes for the trade to happen the other guy couldn't post on sythe and the seller told me suddenly he got another buyer i don't understand how he manages to find that quick but yea anyways i told him okay i'll do the trade it has been already more then one and half hour that i've helped him just for the trade.


Right after he created another group chat with the buyer he added one more guy into the group chat the seller told us that he doesn't know about bitcoins and invited his friend to get the bitcoins to his friends wallet i was like mhmm okay and i told those 2 to post on my thread they have both posted and i've pmed to them with a chatlog.

Everything happens rightnow; right after i pmed them i dced from my skype and i tried to log back it kept me telling the password is wrong meanwhile the dc i spammed those guys in sythe and on my another skype to do NOT trade with dobi.sythe the seller was also on my (dobi.sythe) skype i really don't know how he found it because it isn't public anymore for like 3-4months now anyways i spammed the guy from my skype

And i was like wtf at that moment until i realized both were acting SUPER SKETCHY will show you further about it.


I pushed the guys lots of times to get screenshoots of the trade that they did he didn't want to give them first

He kept saying me how that would help ? i told him in order to refund the amount i need to see the proof while kept telling it to him he was still trying to ignore what i said and kept telling what he wanted

As you see in the picture all the concern of him was to get me banned on sythe ? While i try to get proof of him to solve the issue with them in this time the trade get me very sketchy and i investigated further.


Lets take a look into buyers part.

I've told the buyer in the chatlog while i was on the skype also ask those for a chatlog proof please i told him that he has to send the btc to his friends wallet not to me but what he did ?Lets see.

Sketchy behaviour of the buyer #1

The seller asked himself for the bitcoin adress to the hacker ? (please request on those guys to send the chatlogs i'm %100 sure that i mentioned it before the trade happens i explained them how to trade and never asked him to send the bitcoin to me!Why would he sending it to me than ? this is #1 sketchy part about the buyer

I thought that might be right they have traded as you think.But then i thought myself that i can see the bitcoin transfer right ? Because the seller showed me a screenshoot and in that picture i was be able to see the bitcoin adress

As you see in here the bitcoin adress is brand new and doesn't have any trades into it you can also check this at https://blockchain.info/ please.

I've kept telling the buyer please send me screenshoot of your sending the bitcoins to that adress and he kept ignoring me and wrote nothing to me please imagine if you get scammed that much would you ever ignore that message to send the proof ?

Also additional proof i told him before hand of the trade do send to his bitcoins but what he did he asked for my bitcoin on the trade that they spoke that is #3 sketchy part

So now i am asking to you would you ever say a word like that if you get scammed that much ? does that make sense at all ? why can't he prove me that he has done the trade ? why i cant see the bitcoin on that adress ? i hope moderator finds answers for these questions

-I don't have any clue how the hell my dobi.sythe skype get hacked i think its because of the files/links that the seller send to me i've formatted my computer yesterday that was why i couldn't do it yesterday

-My thoughts : they are both friends thinking like this because both can't prove me screenshoots of the trade either btc and the RS07 fully and tries to get me banned desperately. as you will see in the pictures he said "i will fuck your reputation up,hahahaha" imagine if that makes sense for you.

This isn't proof enough for trading the RSGP over. You must show the second trade screen and confirmation thereafter. Please provide it.
You can also see in that picture Dobi has messaged you 10 times with the first being "dont trade w...". Can you explain to me why you didn't click on it? And don't give me any bull shit.

In addition, you need to provide proof of the bitcoin transactions. I'm sure you have contact with the buyer, so I want proof from them as well.

3 ) The guy aint talks to me anymore either the buyer and the seller after i've put those evidences that i've found. Also both aren't posting or coming to sythe.

4) Both didn't put any evidences that is being asked for.

Based on the evidence provided by dobi, and the lack thereof by the OP, I'm of the opinion that Dobi should not be held liable for this "loss"

This entire thread screams foul play on either the buyers and/or sellers end, and although there is not enough evidence to justify a TWC/Ban of the buyer and/or seller, there is enough here in my eyes to exonerate Dobi of any wrongdoing.
