Buying all mills via paypal, need as much i can so if your a serious seller please sell me 20mill minimum.
i would like you to pay mr the 20mill first and then i will send you your money via paypal.
i cannot go first for this reason....if i went first you could not give me cash then i could not charge back as you are not a company.
i pay 4-6 pounds per mill, i pay 6 if you sell me like 30+mill
