Heyo My Bad @ Shin

Hey sorry for this mess with blitched, it is my fault unfortunately, I did tell him I'd try to arrange things and get everything situated on the 1st, It is now the 9th, my goal is to have this sorted by the end of the weekend hopefully.

As you can see from his report, he is owed his deposit & some pay back which is fine.

If your curious shin, this is how I calculated his pay vs the 20b zammy loss:

20b zammy at the time was vauled and sold on my site(rsgoldfund.com) @ like $5.50/b this comes out to $110, So basically I took the median of the buying price(like $1.75-$3/b) which on 20b is $35-$60, and the selling price of $100-$110 and I took the vaule of $65-$70 or w/e and debited it from his pay.

So I didnt make a number up, I just took the golds median vaule between the buy & sell price which seemed reasonable to me.

So his last pay was like $73.00(or $78 something like that) USD, I debited him like $65-$70 or something and I believe he was owed $9.33.

Please note: I dont have the report nor the actual numbers in-front of me, if my math is a bit off pls forgive, im rounding but I'm pretty close.

I found the median to be reasonable for both parties(middle ground seems fair).


Regarding the deposit, I glanced and saw the PM I sent him was for $300, not 0.66 btc, however, since I have a soul and I've made him wait this long, I'm okay paying him 0.58 bitcoin or $340 USD in todays vaule meaning his deposit will of made him $40 even though I'm aware I could probaly get away repaying him $300, this seems like the right thing to do- Splitting it down the middle(0.66 btc is $380 so $340 is the middle point).


If you find this acceptable Shin, I will have to find a OMM or someone to get the stocks and give them back to me sometime this next week & he will be repaid precisely $349.33 in bitcoin at the time of the stocks transfer.


I think the situation is fair- I'm trying to compromise here and just picked the Median's for everything.

If you have any issues please let me know, if theres no issues you can just say "approved" or whatever, I'll post back when the situation is resolved if theres no issues regarding what I stated above.

I don't care what the excuses are or what you think is "fair" based on X, Y, or any other letter in the alphabet.

Work it out with them. If you can't come to an agreement, it will be dealt with then.
