He did not get me the 1050 Points within 5 days, he's been on the acc for 70+ Hours playtime
Before all i must say i got agressive towards him on Skype because he did not reply to me and was so slow at getting me points.

This was ordered on the 3rd June 2016(FRIDAY)

In his Thread he says that it would take 20-30 Hours, if there is not much activity at Pest Control then maybe ABIT longer. Now this is my Problem: He was on my acc for 20 Hours and got me 120 Points. I was like how is that possible? He said he could do nothing about it and wanted me to buy a bond for the account, which i did.
Now as of today, the Account has 9 out of 15 Membership days left, he was ON the acc for over 70+ Hours and still could not get me my 1050 Void Knight Points. 70+ !! How is that possible? if you get 15 Points per HOUR this would even work out. I've been there at Pest Control to check what is going on, and guess what? I got 18 Points every 30 Minutes i've played there (and that is bad)
Which means it is impossible to play 70+ Hours on the acc (i am talking about playtime so he was logged in 70+ hours) and not get those Points.. ( PLus it was on a Friday, everyone has time and is at home, the most players on RuneScape are online at the weekends)

He did sent me Progress Pictures with the points on the account, but it was too slow. Something says me he is botting The pest control points, but i have no edvience for that and haven't been banned yet.
I've got very agressive and confronted him about being so slow and lazy (sorry for that)

And now comes another thing: HE GOT BANNED 3 Days ago for Infractions or something (3 day ban)
I was checking his sythe Profile and noticed he got banned, so i paniced and quickly Changed my Runescape password, isn't this a normal reaction when the guy who you have ordered Something to do on your rs account gets banned? How would i know he got banned for Spamming in Forums ? I could not find anything in the Scammers forum, he later messaged me that he got a 3 day ban and that he could continue playing on my account. I gave him my password and he continued "getting pc points" for me.
He says he has the right to end the order if he wants to without a refund, which in my opinion is just not true, he got banned and did not Reply to my messages for 20 hours after that, so what do i do? of course i change my pass.

He says his office would be closed for 6 Hours so he cannot continue until he's back: He comes back after 20 Hours to get me 50 Points in 12 Hours then loggs of again.

I cannot wait anymore

After another 2 Days he still has not gotten me My freaking Void set with an extra helm. I am asking for a Refund here. i will not longer wait till he finishes this Order. HE TOOK ME 4-5 Days of RS membership to get me 80 Points per day? Didn't he say it is 20-30 hours, Lets say even 40 or 50 hours. He couldnt even manage to get me the 1050 points in 70 Hours..

He is not answering my Skype messages, but Bumps his Sythe Thread as soon as he gets unbanned? That's what i call a bad service. I want to get my 17,5m Refunded now. Or give him a TWC

I did not include the whole Conversation, Nothing much important, but if i have to i will upload them.. The whole convo was about me saying that he is so slow and that i could not wait anymore, and him telling me to be patient and that he could do nothing about it
to understand: He did not Scam me in that way, He is just running a bad service and finds excuses for everything i say.

I am asking for a refund. ANY other Void service Would get me the points withing 20-30 Hours of Playtime.

 

How do you know long he's played each day?

sunday he was banned.
here i gave him the password at 8 pm that day and he started playing when he explained me why he was banned (11pm)

now it gets interesting: he got me to 768 points after 12 Hours at 11:46 am the next morning (monday)

now this time he might really concentraded (how else he got me 300+ points in that time)

Then he said that his office would be closed for the next 6 hours from 12 am and that i would get my void when he comes back .

After 8 hours ive messaged him and didnt get a reply (8 pm) ( i got very angry )

at 12 pm ive mesaged him again. no reply. THEN FINALLY the next day at 14:21 (2:21 pm) he replied. AFTER 26 Hours when he told me that he gets back after 6 ?????


He started playing and after 24 hours i looked how many points there was on my acc and it was 840. End of the story. he got me 80 points after 24 hours (today at 1 pm) when he told me that it would get solved yesterday.
After that i just changed my password and i am not willing to use this service anymore.

ANY other void service here would get me the points in just 30 hours easily. Here are all the Screenshots when he started the service, ended, started and stopped again, and when he pmed me back and when i did pm him.^

So he got me 840 points From friday to Tuesday. Keep in mind that it was started at Friday where the most activity in rs07 is

Okay I've contacted him demanding an explanation.

 

Did not want him to continue. I gave him one last Chance. He started doing it. i gave him time till tomorrow to get me the last 200 points.

He did not get me the 200 Points in 24 hours. He got me 120 Points and i decided to not longer use his service, i just changed my password and deleted him from my skype. He told me that he would get me 200 points under 24 hours but that did not happen. I do not care, i got them myself

 

Lol you are such a hypocrite. First you broke our ToS. We gave you a second chance. You end up changing your password again. Made an arrangement to have 200 pts completed less than a 24 hour period. You go on skype telling my worker to get the last 80 points when he clearly stated that the owner himself (me) would finish getting your points for you. When I got home i still had 3-4 hours to get the points for you more than enough time to complete what needed to be done. Therefore this is your wrong doing you went against the terms we had set we gave you 2 chances you end up changing the password again so what am i suppose to do sit here and dwell on something im trying to finish for you.

 

The last thing you said already concluded that the service was completed. Also blocking us. We still had 9+ hours to meet the deadline. You my friend screwed yourself over. We can't help someone who can't help themself.

 

who cares the account info has been changed so many times no reason why I would need to hide the info. it's evidence. and dont quote something that has nothing pertaining to you. this has nothing to do with you so its best you not get involved.

 

Accuses me of botting changes the password to the account without notifying me or confirming with me he was making a change or logging into it. While the account was logged in being serviced. Which is part of my terms which he broke considering it to be void meaning I could have ended my services for him alot sooner and he couldve gotten a lot less points.

 

How many times i gotta say this? you have been banned!! and at that time u did not come online for 20 hours. Now remove the pic where it shows user and pass. i will report this.

 

Trade with cautioned for taking way way too long with this. In the future it'll just be a ban. Also removed the pictures with acc info

 

User is highly disrespectful, and also made notion towards intention to scam if his twc was not removed. I've subsequently permanently banned him following his PM's to me.
