Hey pkers, opinion on prayer levels?

I'm currently building myself a new edgeville gmaul prod to abuse the sweet sweet ballista->gmaul combo. Am just wondering what your guys personal preference on prayer is and why? Im considering 1,13,15,or 16.

 

I would go 1 prayer in my personal opinion. Great place to start, plus if you get the account to maxed stats, 1 prayer is worth so much money.
If you got into the account and decided to get pray, its an easy thing to do. You can never revert lvls though, so I would def start and stay 1 pray as long as possible. Very unique and in demand accs.

 

It depends on the type of account youre making.

If you aren't going to use ancients you can stick to 1.

But if you want the help for ranged training for avas, stick to 15, thats what im doing.

I'll probably stick to 15 and then slowly max my account then make a 15 pray zerk or ags pure

 

1 prayer for ballista/gmaul, you have no need for an avas or ancients. Would be the strongest build.

 

Thanks for the replies. Yeah, i assumed it would be 1 prayer but just wanted to confirm it. Ive had plenty of 15 prayer pures and 1 just seems better.

 

I had my nearly maxed pure at 1 def for a long time. Ended up getting 15 pray and liked it a lot more. Its just preference. IMO if youre more experienced then get 15 pray. My personaly opinion though.

 

All my pures are 13 prayer and under and I wreck. I don't care about protecting 1 or 2m worth of crap.

 

The only reason I got 52 pray on my maxed pure was to be able to clan and get firecape.

So if you're just doing singles, ballista to maul comboing 1 pray should be fine.

definitely 1 man. If you're low combat, you want those hp levels and str levels. You'll for sure have the advantage over opponents.

 

Probably just keep one since 5% doesn't really change much when you're 50 str and 70 range

 

I always get 44/52 personally. Prefer to get firecapes and have smite etc. But is personal preference

 

I'd start out with 1 Prayer. People these days don't even like skulling so you'll definitely do well at your combat level.
