things that make u sleep?

i have my gcs'es this week, and this morning i had an r.e one which i fell asleep in coz last nite i only managed to get 2 hours sleep, i dont know why but i usually sleep normaly. when i go to bed i am chilled out but then if i dont get to sleep within like an hour i get really pissed off and have to go and do something. i usually have a spliff when i cant sleep but i dont wana wake up braindead for my exams, any ideas?

 

Drink an energy drink 2 hours (LOL >)before bed time (<LOL)

yer, the hi gi content makes your energy levels at an extreme for 2 hours then your energy levels will be like sleepy style...

i got my gcse too...took R.E today and aced it...citizenship tommorow..urm what makes me sleep is watching anime untill i cant keep my eyes open

listening to the rain makes me go to sleep lol. dont know why, it just does

 

Play sports/run etc. DO all kind of hard things and you will fall asleep in no time.

When I can't go to bed, i read. it helps.

 

me too, I train my pure or watch Naruto until my eyes just close by themselves and I go to sleep unconciously

Umm....If this doesn't happen normally then it won't happen again, so you don't have to really do anything?? But if it is on a constant basis...Just ask your doctor for a prescription medicine or something
