I wanted to ask what is the state or cracked accounts?

Is it against the rules to buy or sell cracked account lists?

Also is it a thing? does it happen? do you regularly see people buying cracked accounts?

I need to buy like 100 cracked accounts.

It's not really my intention to steal stuff off them or do anything bad to them.

Like Ritysayo said, you will find any cracked accounts here as Sythe as a website and users comprising of the higher-ups and members do not condone the selling of such accounts.
