Sythe Two Step Verafication not working?

Hey guys, I'm trying to enable the two step process on here and the bar code scans with google Auth, reconises Sythe and generates me codes, But when I enter the said codes on Sythe, the site tells me they are wrong? Anyone else have this problem trying to set the 2 step up, and before you ask yes I enter them on time lol I'm aware of the little timer I use google auth for other sites.

 

This can occur when you have not set it up properly. Have gone through this on many other applications that require code generator through Google auth.

Re-set-up 2FA process, when doing this I believe 2FA does not get removed, but you simply make a new google auth code generator. Click manage for this option.

Also write down the backup code it will give you for this new a code generator (suggested written on paper - incase you lose phone etc).

Once set-up check if it works. ( you can delete old code generator as it will no longer be working - this is explained when you click manage)

If this doesn't work, disable 2FA, re-set-up 2FA that way.

 

Alright I'll try that, I did delete it and reset it up once already , I'll do a actual reinstall and if that doesn't work I'll try authy I hear it's a fairly popular alternative, thanks.
