Don't trust sellers if you can't look up a tag. Most likely means it is banned and I doubt it's glitched out

You can send messages from banned tags. Have him read off something you send him

 

you should read some of the locked threads up top. they tell you a lot about banned tags and scammers. if this guy isnt lying about the tag, GLWB
