the 1337 range 2h guide

i im blood spilla i am posting a range 2h guide for ftp i might do another blitz nd range guide later on. i take full credit for this guide it isnt leeched from anyweere if u want to post this guide ask my permition first otherwise i will take it up with the staff of this forum. if u see this guide posted anywere please tell me.

getting started
when u first start your new range 2her u need cash there sint anypoint if ur main is level 3 and just off the tut u need quite alot of cazsh to make one of these guys they are alot of fun to pk with.

ok first pick a good name remember pick a name u like becaouse u dont want to be at level 80 range and decide u dont like the name pick somthing original not like dragon6849 pick somthing like i hunter i

the tutorial island just breeze through it as fast as u can dont bother getting any stats up.

congratulaitions now u have finished the tutorial island let the training begin! ok well first transfer about 200-500k over from your main file (more if u want a good outfit)
u also have the option of making your own arrows. buy about 5k bronze for 10-15 each then buy 5 sets of pure d hide 5 leather bodys 500 trout or salmon for training 5 of each bow 5 chaps 5 studded chaps also buy some runes. u also have the option of going through the stronghold and getting those boots. (not recomended u will probably die and they reduce range bonus)

ok so now u have bought everything u can ither go MAGE pking untill 25 mage or just train mage i prefer to pk as its faster funner and u could make a small profit. ither way just train mage to 25 this is the first thing you do.

let the training begin!
ok so now your mage is 25. the reason why u get mage is becaouse of the varock teleport its usefull if u go deap but please dont teleport from 1vs 1 in edge.

ok head over to monks with 1k bronze arrows a oak short bow and a willow shortbow and studded chaps and the rest the rest 28 unnoted food. what u will be wearing is leather body leather chaps a shortbo a power ammy a cape(cape gives like +2 def bonus) and some vamps if u can get your hands on them. not just simply train your range to 30 it shouldnt take very long.

now your 30 range and about 20 combat u can choose to go pking now if u want just get 20 str and 5 attk and use range 2h ko look at this stratagy futer down the guide

if u dont want to go pking just get 2k bronze arrows full food maple shortbow studded chaps and a leather body and a power ammy a cape. now head over to barberian and hide behind the rocks and just range there untill 45 range about 30-31 combat your pure is begining to take shape!

time for melee!
ok now its time for melee so far u have 45 range 25 mage 1 attk or 5 attk 1 str or 20 str and 1 def and 1 prayer now go and train your atack to 30 and strengeth to 35 this is a fun time to go pking but as i said before you can just keep training.

your pure is getting good
ok now go for 50 range i would personaly do this at hill giants just go to the back and hide behind the bones its wise to take food u will be wearing d hide pure set maple short cape leather body and 2-3k bronze arrows.if u want u could get members here just for the fast training at rock crabs dont pc at anytime and your not high enought levels here (i would recomend going members) now your 50 range congratz u have hit quite a big milestone.continue training range to 55 at hill giants in ftp or rock crabs in members. a good stratagy with rock crabs is bronze or iron knives kills them fast. when your 55 range in ftp go to moss giants and hide behind the rocks members also go to moss giants there wont be many people there. train range to 60

more melee training
congratulations u have done well to get this far into this pure!
ok now take an addy scimmy full iron str ammy and get those colourful boots if u havnt already got them go to barberians and train strength to 50 and attk to 45 (if your low on food buy some more and if your low on cash give some more) in members train strength to 55 and attk to 45 at rock crabs in ftp now your 50 str 45 attk u could continue training str to 55 at barberians or you could move to hill giants (more xp more food)

there isnt really anypoint doing this pure now in ftp unless u want to just keep training and training really slowly but if so just get range 80 at moss giants and like str 70 at moss giants or hill giants. in ptp proceded to ogeres and get range 70.

your pure is going really well i congratulate you on getting this far but were far from finished. get 65 str at moss giants or hill giants (pc is also an option here i know i said not to do it but just make sure that u give about 20 points per 100 hunderd to hp) now u are ownage 65 str 70 range go pking and own some nubs take rune 2h lobs and the archer gear (u know what it is)

now get 80 range at pc or moss giants or hill giants after that go for 75 str now u are getting good about 55-60 combat u can stop here and just pk and own hard or u can keep training

nearly there cmon u can do it!
now just get range 90 and str 85 and then range 99 and str 99 then u could also consider 60-70 attk (it will get u higher combat level tho) now u are ownage your stats should look like this

80-99 range
85-99 str
all others one i aint sure on cb or hp

fine tuning
i would recomend ftp pking on this guy unless u become a range mage just get 82-85-94 mage in ftp u choose weather u want 44 prayer (44 for range prayer) or do u wana stay one prayer and ptp u MUST get 52 prayer in ftp u cud also get 59 mage for a good hit against a warrior somthing the dont expect)

pking and pking stratagy
ok now you have finished your pure u must be mighty proud! the only thing left to do is go pking so basicaly u want runes for fire blast (optional) rune 2h 2 str pots and the rest lobs u will wear d hide pure set coif or wizard hat leather body str ammy leather boots. the stratagy will be range to low hp and then 2h (i recomend 2h on pures rangers or magers) but with warriors try 2h and if your not hitting throw in a fire blast with range 2h click 2h as soon as the arrow leaves the bow then you will have a double hit and it could easly ko them with your 85-99 str

another tactic is. range till they have less then half there HP then next time you hit big with range quickly whip out the 2h and click attack " insert opponent name here " and then use fire blast. if you are fast enough this will be a very definant k.o.
