Buying starter pure. 75 att

Hello, i am looking to get a preferable 75 att, 70 (or lower) str, 1 def, 1 prayer. range and magic aren't important to me, i can tran those myself. I have a decent sized budget. Btw I'm only dealing with TRUSTED sythe members, and il be going first if i think you're Trusted enough. Otherwise we can split the cost of the MM or i might Pay it depending on the acct.
