I've had several accounts banned for RL item trading, however my buyers have never been banned, and I've had quite a few buyers.

I think Jagex prefers focusing on the source.

Incorrect. The reason prices have gone down is because... well a small part because people dont want to after their threats, but the main reason is the china mill farms... this is the main reason all prices have droped. There is just to many mills available is the main reason, if/when more bots get banned then you might even see prices go up, dont forget 5-8$ per mill was the highest they have ever been, they used to start at $2US each.. back in the day..

Nat wtf are you talking about, mils used to be over 20 bucks.

That isn't why prices are going down, Chinese gold farmers have been around in RS for over a year.

Once again, like I said before, look at it from Jagex's point of view. If you are staking the gold, and making it look realistic, what possible way, other than installing spyware onto your computer, is there for them to distinguish between a Real-World trade and a regular stake? The answer is: none.

yeah i think that the whole thing is a load of shit that wont make a difference, i eman yeah, it'll scare some reatards but not unless they actually start banning some people i dont thnk anything will realy happen.. i have a guy wth 60+ mining used cruelminer the whole way and haven't gotten banned muted or nothing.... i also thn that they have no way of detecting multiloggin except looking through the lists of IP adresses currently playing at the time.. soyeah... I think that they can't really do shit unless you make it obvious.. you can easily multilog or cheat and they dont cach shit!

I think this is more of because, they can not really tell if its people from Fagex or Sythe, but they are getting more of the people, that use the big Gold Websites, like VPonSale, as they make it a bit more obvious when they are selling there gold.

I am so glad about the price drop, it allows people to buy the gold for just $2 - $3, when you where expected to at least pay a good $4-$5 before!

Don't worry about it, it's mainly propaganda to scare the little children.

I got caught on R2Pleasent because I traded the gold for nothing. I didn't know any anti-ban methods at the time. However, now that I am more experienced with the Black Market, I have found several different things that GREATLY reduce the possibility of a ban. I've used the account I'm on now for over 6 BILLION in transactions, and still haven't been banned!

Apparently, you haven't been here "back in the days".

Mils have already been 3 times the amount of what they are now, you haven't seen anything.

ok your a moron you believe that bullshit? dude everyone has been around for ages like the kid below you said. fucking china sweat shops? cmon now all of our (if you live in the us anyways) business's are going to china and japan , they are making a lot more money then they were before , yes maybe a few sweat shops going but not like it use to and im sure there making more profet then selling mills for a few bucks lol, and 2nd 2$ usd was from back like 2-3 years after rsc came out (when p hats were like 3-10 mil) and at the begining when rs2 came out rs2 mills were 20-30 dollars.

your right and your wrong, they can detect poorly made bots\scripts easily , (unless ur using scar but scar runs like shit) you obviously wasnt from back in rsc tho. they did a mass ban like once every 2-3 months. the only reason they havent on rs2 is because its still somewhat new (only a couple years old ) and all the old good scripters have moved on to better things , so it took all the noobie scripters time to learn the new interface etc. and make there scripts work good, but now that there getting out more , im sure they will be doing more mass bans soon. its not all hype on what they say but a lot of it is. just because you didnt get caught dont mean u wont, 60+ mining is nothing , brag when you get 90+ and dont get banned.

Jagex is just bluffing, they're not going to do anything about real world item trading unless the buyers and sellers are using stupid ways of trading - For example, they trade all GP for nothing.. Stupid.

Do something smart, R2Pleasent sold me gp, and we staked it over.. Smart.

    1) Chinese farmers have been here forever.
    2) Mills were over 25USD when I started RSCheating.

Please get your facts straight, you have no idea what "back in the day" was, thanks.
