Get the car checked by a mechanic, and get the engine and all checked?

The more mileage, the more that goes wrong if it hasn't been looked after.

the more mileage means things can go wrong like the person said above it needs to be checked frequently as for me I get my car checked every 4-6k miles. Though the price of the car will lower due to its high mileage. If anything you could lease a car for 12 months trade it back in and get something better if you have good credit once you start financing it. You could either drive around in a new car and make monthly payments on it or you can buy a car owned by a random stranger who will tell you some bs story about the car and what its been through and whats not wrong with it though you wont be making monthly payments on it besides paying your cars insurance. It's pretty much going to go based off how much you make in a month.

I wouldn't recommend buying a car with over 100,000 KM. If it's an old car then it has more chances to break down and become a nuisance after a short time.

Look for a more reasonable car that has lower miles for the same price
