Bus369: 450$+ scam/ignoring me

Explanation of the trade: I've been working in the livechat for Rsgoldfund.com since 28-04-2016 until 17-05-2016. I deposited 0.676559 (2x 0.33827950) in btc + got paid weekly.

Bus369 got banned for 1 month on 16-05-2016 for plagiarism. Since Sythe.org was the main source of traffic for rsgoldfund.com altough he was advertising on a lot of other websites/forums. rsgoldfund.com got shut down.

How they scammed: I deposited 0.676559 btc 391.97$ with today's rates. Also I still need to get paid for 13-5-2016 t/m 16-05-2016. Bus made a calculation and this pay came down to 78.30$.

I also still have some stock of him that I need to give back. I've been trying to get my deposit + pay back and return him his stocks since 20-05-2016. He used the excuse that he was sick back then, which is fine. I went on a vacation for 6 days. Hoping I could sort everything out when I get back. on 27-05-2016 I tried to contact him for 2 days. He finally responded on 29-05-2016.

on 29-05-2016 he told me a date '01-06-2016'. On the 1st of June I tried to contact him, while he was online he didn't reply, when I wake up the next day he said he was sleeping. Yesterday 03-06-2016 while he was online I told him I was ready to make the exchange. I left my skype logged in for 12 hours. He didn't respond to me, until just logging off 12 hours later.

I know that he is already banned. But I hope that I can resolve this regardless.
I want to get this resolved it's been going on for almost 3 weeks now trying to get my money back and return his stocks.

I was guessing the specific amount of BTC was to represent some number. As can be seen in the PM, it was a deposit for $300, so he will owe you that in BTC (not 0.676559 using today's rates).

I'll need proof of this, although I doubt he will give a lot of push back regarding it.

Thank you for letting us know about the stock you owe him. Hopefully you can return that to him soon.

The reason why I'm saying btc amount is because those were his own words. And that's what we agreed upon beforehand. idc if it's 300$, but I think it's kind of sad that he can't keep his word then if you ask me.

It appears there's quite a disagreement regarding the $78.30. From what I can see, he thinks he only owes you $9.30 for that, unless part of that is being reversed due to the fact you purchased the 20M zammy back... which seems probable.

Would like to see @Bus369's response to this report if he's lurking.

Due to a missclick the money got dropped, and apparently anything that is dropped in zamorak rsps gets removed from the game.

Now bus wants to make me pay 69$ for the 28$ I lost. I even offered him a supplier who had 300B Zammorak rsps gold, bus told me he wasn't interested and isn't selling anything anymore. I feel that he is just trying to take advantage of the situation to try and milk the most out of it even though the total value was 28$ lost.

I asked Dunworry about this. Dunworry told me I owe Bus 20B Zammy.

I just want to return his stuff, and get back my stuff, and be done with him forever. I been busting my ass off in his live chat for 3 weeks. He gets banned then leaves me hanging in Limbo, treating me like shit and now ignoring.

I just want to get my deposit back and be done with this guy.

 

You had/lost stock of his and would be required to return that instead of some overpriced rate made up by him.

Have you had any additional contact with him in the last day?
