Ban Appeal for Sythe User: Soil

My argument:
IPs match - I use proxies and VPN's to trade gold on RSPS thats no secret
Account was bought off site from Sleepy Beast from powerbot "skype name: Realcm999" who can in fact confirm the trade and I also never claimed to be the first owner of the account, I did infact use the line "I spent most of my childhood training it" this was just a sales pitch and wasn't looking to provide a false sense of security to any buyers or users on sythe.
I have been a member for the community, and tried my best as a user to take part in practices throughout the forums, I have also donated to support the forums as I continually generate revenue from the forum and want sythe to benefit through my donations. I do hope this can be resolved, please tell me what you would need from me for this appeal to be successful, I will take the liberty of linking the powerbot which the account was bought from.

I don't see any thread by them selling the account.

When did you purchase it? Where's the proof?

The trade was conducted through Skype after me selling him 10m 07 for BTC he offered me the account for 40 bucks which I gladly accepted.
As most of the users know my skype was hacked and I don't have control of it, the trade was conducted via live:Soil.sythe
I personally don't use powerbot, but he had my trust from his vouches that the account was legitimate, I also want to point out that now I can see the user was banned for trying to sell it before, it does make me feel as if I should be worried for the User who purchased it off me, and in turn if anything is to happen to the account I would pay back the user in full 100% even if I am banned, I have had control of the account for around 1 month ish and don't feel that there will be any come backs but never the less I will keep in contact with the guy who I sold the account too, to insure everything is well.

I would recommend you contact the powerbot user to confirm my story, although I feel that may bring attention to the account which may end up in a recovery, but never the less do as you must as I will refund the user if anything is to happen.

 

Surely you have logs of the trade on your computer somewhere for logging in to that Skype.

Or... the person you purchased it from hasn't been hacked too have they? All the logs are still on their Skype!

It's not my duty to go around and fetch information for you. If you want unbanned, at least have the decency to try and do something for yourself.

Also, when did you purchase the account from the person on Powerbot?

 

Would Like to add, the persons the account was purchased from and sold too haven't had contact with me since the hack, but I assume everything is okay with the account, would be worth checking up on the user to insure they are fine.
Secondly, I don't have any skype logs kept on my computer, after I was hacked I cleaned my computer by setting it back to factory settings, thus erasing everything from the computer.

I don't expect you to go around looking for bits and bobs for my appeal, I have no proof of the account purchase apart from the skype chats which I can't get access. I've sent a skype add to the person in hopes they add me and send me the logs, if not I'm left with nothing and my account banned I'm guessing.

Yes I feel its unfair but hey, Life is unfair, I have no one else to blame but myself.
