Buying an account with no email set

Hi guys i usually see people selling accounts with no email set. Does it make the account more secure? Like account sellers who sell like 70/70/70 or like 80/80/80 with like a extremely high number of vouches. Excluding the vouches, if you set the original email then does that secure the account in any way ? Just curious as to the whole "no email set you will be the original owner" how true is this statement.

 

Even without the original e-mail you can still recover your account, if the person who made the account has 'special info' about the account.
Such as transaction ID's for membership, IP account was created, internet profider of account creation, previous passwords etc etc. This requires a ticket which almost always gets approved by Jagex if you provide all the 'special details' about an account.

So imo setting the original email to your still doesn't secure you in any way. It's the reason why highly vouched people & donors can ask quite a bit more than your everyday new Sythe user who sells his account.

I prefer to keep it to Sythe, especially after some rumors that PA was leaking personal info or whatever it was. Just keep it to Sythe imo and buy from a legit person to be safe.

There's plenty of trusted members here on sythe that are selling accounts or have an account shop, but be prepared to pay quite a lot.

Yeah the email thing isnt that big of a deal you can switch it to your own anways. Nothing in life is 100% i suppose., As for me I use sythe and PA, PA at least looks into their sellers identity to show you are verified and the original owner of the account.

 

The thing with PA is, it is only every safe to buy from powersellers. Most other guys when they scam yeah, they slip away... Support always says, "we will track them closely". Do they really tho...

 

Really? Ive never had to use support before, but I do know the way I verified my account, was by showing a picture of my driver ID and my account management menu on rs and a photo ofme holding the said ID infront of the computer screen...So if you do it that way your acc gets priority and PA knows exactly who the seller is if you get scammed.

That doesn't change the fact that the original owner can recover the account at any time though. Would you say Player Auction has a bigger market for account buyers?

 

You're right that doesnt change the fact, but at least they know who it is, anyone on sythe could do the same. I know theres trusted members etc but i see "trusted" members banned for scamming all the time. Even OMM On here they go all legit for a while to build rep then pull off a big scam and vanish. Browse the forums look at threads created recently look at the replies from banned users who posted the same day its quite humorous how many people are banned from this site daily, theres dozens of scammers on at any said time. You really cant say sythe is equally secure in these aspects. What sythe does have going for it though is a bigger community, all the forums, threads, mini ranks etc. There is options to trade acc's or gold or whatever for more than USD, and that is cool, and leads to more transactions, more less secure transactions though.

i recently bought an account off a verified seller, he actually resold the acc not long before i bought. But it was too late by the time i realised, as of now PA has done nothing, i am just waiting for the faggot to repost it so that i can get some solid proof. look at this link, i even dropped a pm to PA here.

No account that you didn't create is safe sadly.

 

There's always a chance account's can be recovered. I'd stick to sythe with extemely trusted members if it was me.
