Ban Appeal

I posted a topic in the general forum about (basically) being in possession of credit card I obtained off of an drunk individual. I stated in the thread I wasnt really interested in commiting a crime or anything but was interested to hear what they would do.

I apologize if such a topic is inappropriate for discussion, I will avoid discussing ethical/legal things in the future. Can I get a further elaboration of somekind? Thank you.
