aim_johnboyy805 Completely unjustly banned

Hello, aim_johnboyy805 here. I woke up this morning after another of one of my 15-20 + smooth transactions was completed over the past 5 years to find out I had been banned out of the blue with not a single thought. I was banned for offsite scamming from 2011 a post on the site epic npc, and was not even asked for a defense or what had actually occurred simply just banned on the spot. (which is strange as that seems awfully fast compared to the large amount of evidence I have always had to supply to ban scammers, and they actually scammed accounts). The reason I was banned on epicnpc in 2011 was as follows: (you can search through and find the thread there to verify all info) I sold a wow account to a guy, he then traded it away to another guy shortly after. The person I had sold the account to then decided to purchase it back from the scammer as he says he missed playing it. The scammer then recalled the account (this should all be in documentation on the thread on epicnpc). The site then asked me to compensate the person who had been scammed off a technicality that I did not include a warranty they required of saying that if they sell or trade the account it is no longer my responsibility. The choice for a young me was as follows: Lose $500 for a scam I did not commit and had absolutely nothing to do with (at the time that was entire life savings) or take a ban to satisfy the guys need to vent his anger. On epicnpc I did not scam anyone and was unfairly banned off a technicality as can be seen in the post. I apologize for the long post and hope to hear back soon.

I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and lift your ban.

It appears to have been a very complicated situation and for 95%+ of these bans we place people are not able to dispute them what-so-ever. I apologize if you felt mistreated, but please understand we have the best interest in mind for users on Sythe and try to make the site as safe as we can.
