    question about quality
    ok i stil want to use quality as a mm so i have a few questions:


    1. is he banned?
    2. if yes to question 1, am i aloud to use him as a mm at my own risk and if the other user accepts to use him?
    3. if yes to question 2, if he mm's enough trades is there a chance you will unban him?
    4. if no to question 3, is there any way he will be unbanned?
