Pure Firecape needed!

The title pretty much says it all. I'm looking for a legit player who is familiar with using ancient magic/ranged to gain the cape. I'm able to supply potions, runes, and somewhat of the armor. (To be discussed while working out some kind of deal)

Stats are as followed:
64 Ranged
70 Magic
1 Def
62 HP
43 Prayer

I'm paying anywhere between 1-2M possibly higher, it all depends. I would prefer someone who has a few vouches if possible.

i'm not trying to flame or anything but u should get 70 range b4 u get a firecape cz u need to use xbow or c bow to do it especially if ur 1 def and u need atleast 80 mage for blood spells to heal yourself this is just a heads up

i might do it , for 1.5m, you supply , i've done it on my lvl 61 with 70 range 43 pray and no mage, so i can say it's not that hard for me

 

i only need u to supply bolts / arrows and pots / food
