ISO: RS3 High Melee Account - Details Inside

Havn't really played runescape since original days. I have 2 of my old accounts and currently having people level some of my skills etc. But looking for an account with max or almost max melee stats and a nice combination of other skills. I am new to this site as I only created an account because I read this is a much safer site to purchase accounts from.

I would obviously be requesting a Mediator of some sort when making this purchase, as I have been a member of many communities over many of years and have learned you really can't trust many people.

Hopefully someone long term on this site with a reputable history has an account of which I'm asking for.

Looking to spend $50-100 preferably unless the account is extremely high end and trustworthy user I can trust to purchase for more.

My ideal ISO is above, however with my price range would be considering 90+ all melee skills with combination of 50+ in most farming skills, with more priority skills higher assuming.

Feel free to message me for details or offers. I do see some people pay with old runescape gold if not a trusted member. If trust on my part is an issue I would be willing to get the gold to make that trade as I have many resources I can use to easily obtain the gold and would be cheaper/free option for me then spending cash on it just more time consuming on my end.
