As shown in the last screenshot he briefly unblocked/readded him/replied to him and asked how much was owed, but then began to ignore him as the victim told me via PM. It is clearly not a mistake and an intentional scam as shown by his previous statement on his market thread.
Additionally looking at his PP email and alias [email protected] he is also a ban evader/ serial scammer:

First of all, i did unblock Skyman as there was a mistake and i paid him hes 250k BM.
I can show proof of him getting BM from me.
Secondly, a email is a email. The screenshots you posted none of them actually match my email. There fore you can't actually call me a ban evader / a scammer.
Thirdly, if i was a ban evader my IP would match all of the ones you posted. But it doesn't because this is my first time using Sythe.
