Buyingrspspk - Scammed me and cleaned my account

Basically i paid him $20 now and $20 after for him to quest and get me barrow's gloves,
After i sent him the payment he said that he didn't receive it, After that he then said we will sort the payment later and that he had started questing, He then messaged me said he couldnt do the services due to his nan being in hospital, After i get home from work i log into my account and all my money is gone, my cannon and 6k cannon balls, All cleaned, Not only did he not do the quests and give me some horrible excuse, he stole all my money aswell.
