I agree with Jiwi the Warriors didn't play good. Klay Thompson single handled wanted to make sure there was a game seven and he did so.

You must not watch a lot of basketball. OKC has had mental breakdowns in the 4th Q all season long, last night was another example of that.

The Thunder are even worse than the 76ers in the 4th quarter

They're highly susceptible to turning the ball over and making irrational decisions in crunch time. The main indicator, or rather supporting factor of this is playing excessive hero ball, stoppage of the ball, and often going into "protect" mode when they have leads, as they were doing last night. They were dead last in assists in the regular season, and had no assists in the 4th Q. I don't think you comprehend how hard it is to have no assists in a single quarter, especially in a WCF closeout game where the main star had a terrible shooting night and couldn't protect the ball. I think KD got the ball stripped from him at least 6 times in the game alone from doing the same crossover/gather euro step. Even though Golden State made crazy shots, the game was still in OKC's control until the 3 by curry which eventually gave golden state the lead, then subsequently led to OKC making terrible decisions on the offensive end. I'm not neglecting the defensive performance by the warriors, but you must know there is a cause and there is an effect. The cause of the mental breakdown is something that has been plaguing them all season long, and is the reason why they lost 7-9 games which they should've won, costing them a 60 win season. I can assure you that you don't watch more basketball than me.

I make my predictions based on what I see. I could not foresee the terrible disparity in Toronto's offensive performances, and that's fine because they're no longer playing. If you're trying to insinuate that basketball knowledge is reflective of the predictions you make, then you're wrong.

Bruh, my message is quite simple. The largest lead OKC had was 14 points in the 3rd quarter, and they were up 4 points with 5 minutes to go after Klay hit the ice cold three. If this game was the biggest choke you've seen, then clearly you rage-tunneled or you haven't watched much basketball.

I was focusing more on the "Pacers in 5" part of that comment. You say you make your predictions on what you see yet that comment was made after game 1 of Pacers-Raptors...
That's not mentioning the embarrassing "Cavs in 4..uhh actually Cavs in 5..uh Cavs in 6..see I told you so!!" posts from the ECF, even once you had 14 games' worth of Raptors basketball to see that the backcourt always performs better at home than on the road.

Anyhow, back to teams that are playing right? I'll give the edge to the Warriors here cause of home court and Curry's shot looking like it's coming back but if they want to be sure and not have to count on another 72-pt performance from Curry/Thompson, non-starters not named Iguodala have to show up. Disastrous game 6 performance from the Warriors bench.

    - Had 3-1 commanding lead over GSW
    - Favored to win game 6
    - Blew their best chance to eliminate GSW and head to the finals
    - 0 assists in 4th Q
    - Averaged less than 1 pass per possession on the offensive end
    - Turned the ball over 4 times in the last two minutes
    - Made ill-advised shots and passes
    - Team has not 1, but 2 of the top 5 superstars in the league

I should've rephrased it to say Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant were the culprits of this choke job and not the team as a whole. Given that this thunder team eliminated arguably the best spurs team in their respective franchise quite soundly, then went on to have a 3-1 commanding lead over the arguable "best team in history", then completely give away the game by displaying terrible offensive performances, I'm going to say this is the biggest choke job I've seen due to both the game and superficial circumstances leading up to that game.

Care to share an event in the last 10 years that trumps this?

I predicted the Pacers to win the series prior to game 1.

So because the raptors perform better on the road, that meant they had the talent to beat the cavs? Game 6 proved that wasn't the case. The cavs were playing terrible basketball in both game 3 and 4. Not going to get into detail on that because I already spoke of this in detail.

That's assuming the warriors win game 7 tonight.

Curry apparently isn't fully healthy, Draymond green is a flagrant foul 1 away from a 1 game suspension, and flagrant foul 2 away from a 2 game suspension, and they aren't the same team from the regular season, they've regressed. I wouldn't be surprised if they lose game 7.

Westbrook is really good, but he is also the reason that they have a lot of problems as well.

If GSW wins tonight, which it looks like they're in a good position to, then yes I think the series as a whole is one of the biggest chokes in recent history. My impression was that you were talking about Game 6 independently as "the biggest choke job", to which I disagreed.

So we may as well go over this now. GSW or CAVS? Also in how many games?

It's hard to stop maybe the greatest shooter of all time and someone else who is probably a top 5 shooter of all time.
